Routes: Participating Pilots are asked to please file a flightplan with the following routes;
Westbound to YUL

Eastbound to YHZ

Participating Pilots and Controllers are also asked to please sign up for the event via this link: https://forms.gle/7mGCTFxbdfBh5CC3A In order to qualify for the Giveaway.
What are we Giving away?
25$ Amazon Gift cards will be randomly selected from a pool of entries.
Participants must sign up via the above link, prior to the event, in order to enter the raffle.
Each pilot and controller that signs up will receive 1 entry for the raffle.
1 Entry per person. Raffle will happen after the event and the winner will be contacted by email.
There are 2 cards to give away. 1 For pilots and controllers for YUL and 1 for YHZ.
Pilots will be entered from their point of origin ( If pilot is flying from YHZ to YUL , they will be entered for the YHZ card )
Controllers handling the event will be entered according to the FIR they are controlling during the event hours.
*** If there is a largely uneven amount of participation at one airport, it may be decided to do a global raffle with the 2 cards for all participants to be more fair to all.

Online Events Bookings:
Pilots flying in this event do not have aircraft type rating restrictions when flying on the VATSIM Network. However the aircraft type must be within current VAC fleet. We do require each member participating to include the following in the Remarks section of your Flight Plan when connected to VATSIM.

Important Information:
- All online flights are recorded with VACARS after online event assignment has been approved.
- All group flight events are flown on the VATSIM Network.
- Ensure you have all charts available for your flight.
- Members must comply with all applicable VATSIM policies and procedures.
- Pushback from gate is at own discretion unless otherwise advised by online ATC.
- Takeoff between aircraft is: 2 minutes after narrowbody aircraft and 3 minutes after widebody aircraft for separation.

This event will allow students to use their Solo certifications to get higher levels of traffic. Come fly local or long hauls we will be ready for you.
